If it’s your first order and you’ve tried one package but are not satisfied, you can request a refund even without returning the opened item.

For orders with multiple items, unopened packages must be returned for a full refund of the entire order.

Our Return Policy

In some cases, we may ask you to return your items. Please note the following:

Returns are accepted for unopened products in their original condition and packaging.

If you purchased multiple items, unopened packages must be returned for refunds on those items.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. However, as we already cover the cost of shipping your order to you, we strive to make returns affordable. Our return address is located in the Netherlands, but you can use our Sendcloud returns option for cost-effective returns.

Damaged or Opened Packages Upon Arrival

We take great care in packing your order, but if your package arrives damaged:

Please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged shipping box and product.

If the inner product (the sealed pouch containing the patches) is already open, do not use it and notify us for further assistance.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Exchanges
